The Circular Head Agricultural Society offers various areas for trade and display sites. A trade space is dedicated to commercial businesses who wish to hire a space on show day. Display space is for charities and youth groups, which are available to them at a discounted rate.

There are several buildings for indoor sites and various areas around the ground for outdoor sites. A selection of outdoor sites have water and power available. Applicants are required to read the rules and regulations of the Society and the stallholder terms and conditions before filling out the application form.
